Dissemination seminars organized by eMIS are listed below:
- Seminar on Strengthening the Routine Health Information System of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare held on 13 January 2015. This was chaired by Professor Dr. Abul Kalam, Azad, Director (MIS), DGHS.
- Dissemination of MA4Health Summit and Deployment of Population Registration System of RHIS held on 9 August 2015. Syed Monjurul Islam, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh attended the Seminar as the Chief Guest. Professor Abul Kalam Azad, Additional Director General (Planning and Development) and Director (MIS), DGHS presided.
- Seminar on Health Data Standardization and Interoperability held 12 December 2017. Dr. Javed Mostafa, McColl Distinguished Term Professor, Carolina Health Informatics Program, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill delivered a presentation with the title E-Health Data Standardization: Systems Architecture and Big Data Management.
- Seminar on Machine Learning in Health was held on 26 June 2018. Dr. Javed Mostafa, McColl Distinguished Term Professor (2017-19), Information Science and Biomedical Research Imaging Center, Biomedical Informatics Services, NC Transnational and Clinical Sciences Institute, School of Medicine and Director, CHIP.UNC.EDU, Carolina Health Informatics Program, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC, USA delivered the a presentation with the title Machine Learning for Consumer Health, Clinical Decision Support, and Population Health.
